2. Initial Authorization Request
We submit your information to your insurance company to obtain authorization for an initial assessment.
3. In-Person Assessment
Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with your child and family to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of strengths, needs, and goals.
4. Treatment Plan Development
Based on the assessment, our BCBA will create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your child and family.
5. Insurance Authorization of Services
We will submit the treatment plan to your insurance company for approval of treatment and therapy hours.
6. Begin Services
Services begin! We will match you with a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and start therapy sessions, with ongoing BCBA supervision and parent collaboration.
